The addition of Silver by G.H.A.® technology creates light interference in the oxide layer that generates a characteristic coloration that depends on the alloys used (family and metallographic structure) and the thickness applied.
We would like to specify that ours is a performance treatment (antibacterial, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, etc.) and not a colour treatment. What is most important to us is to guarantee the customer specific technical specifications.
Obviously, where required, we can guarantee the customer a desired color matching compatible with the colorimetric range possible with the G.H.A.®.
In this regard it is good to note that the color is first conditioned by the ALLOY and in the second order (but not least) by the metallography of the same. It is therefore possible that two pieces of 6082 ALLOY have different colors with the same thickness.
